## Best Konoha Rally Event Deck – Complete 300 Effects Fast!

The Konoha Rally event is here in Naruto: Ninja Cards, and this time the objective is a little different from your usual battles.

Instead of focusing on winning matches, you need to use Konoha cards to apply **Weaken, Pin, or Push to rival cards a total of 300 times**.

That sounds like a lot, but with the right deck, the mission becomes surprisingly easy.

I built a dedicated 10-card Konoha farming deck and managed to complete the entire event in approximately **4–5 matches**!

The secret is simple: stop building around winning and start building around triggering as many event effects as possible.

### Why This Deck Works

Most conventional decks focus on controlling lanes, maintaining Chakra, and defeating the opponent.

For Konoha Rally, we take a different approach.

This deck focuses on three important mechanics:

- **Weaken:** Reduces the Chakra of rival cards. - **Pin:** Prevents rival cards from moving for a certain duration. - **Push:** Moves rival cards backward.

By combining cards that trigger these effects on deployment with cards that activate their abilities during encounters, we can generate event progress throughout the match.

The result is a deck designed specifically for completing Konoha Rally missions rather than climbing the competitive ladder.

### Hashirama Senju – The Key Addition

One of the most important cards in this build is **Hashirama Senju (S2_087)**.

His skill, **Deep Forest Emergence**, applies **Pin(12s) to all rival cards when deployed**.

This is especially useful for Konoha Rally because Hashirama can affect multiple enemy cards with a single deployment.

I originally considered Kakashi for this slot, but replacing him with Hashirama worked extremely well in my actual event runs.

Hashirama gives the deck a powerful way to generate Pin effects while disrupting the opponent's entire battlefield.

### Neji Hyuga – Consistent Weaken and Push

Neji is another important part of the strategy.

His ability applies Weaken and Push during encounters, making him useful in battles where multiple enemy interactions take place.

Rather than relying entirely on one-time deployment abilities, Neji gives us additional opportunities to trigger the effects required for the event.

### Hayate Gekko – Multiple Effects From One Encounter

Hayate is particularly interesting because his skill can apply Weaken multiple times during an encounter.

If the rival survives, he can also apply Push.

This combination makes Hayate a valuable event-farming card, especially in longer matches.

### Kurenai Yuhi – Pin and Push Together

Kurenai combines two mechanics required by the event.

Her ability can apply Push and Pin during encounters, allowing her to contribute to mission progress without depending exclusively on deployment effects.

Together with Neji and Hayate, she forms an important part of the deck's encounter-based strategy.

### Supporting Cards

The remaining cards provide additional Weaken, Pin, and Push effects, including options that activate when deployed or affect multiple opponents.

This gives the deck several different ways to make progress rather than depending on a single card.

The goal is to keep triggering qualifying effects whenever opportunities appear.

### The Results – 300 Effects in Just 4–5 Matches

After testing this deck during the Konoha Rally event, I completed all the required missions in approximately four to five matches.

That's exactly what makes this strategy so effective.

You don't need to win every battle. You just need to use the right cards and maximize the number of qualifying effects applied to rival units.

The combination of Hashirama's battlefield-wide Pin and the repeated Weaken, Pin, and Push abilities of the supporting cards made the event much easier to complete.

### Final Thoughts

If you're looking for an efficient way to complete the Konoha Rally event in Naruto: Ninja Cards, this is the deck I recommend based on my own gameplay.

It is not designed to be a conventional competitive Meta deck. Instead, it is built around completing one specific objective as efficiently as possible.

With the right timing and a little patience, you can finish the event without worrying about winning every match.

Good luck with your Konoha Rally missions!

Strategy — how the deck works

### 1. Focus on Event Progress, Not Victories

Konoha Rally requires 300 qualifying Weaken, Pin, or Push effects against rival cards using Konoha cards.

Winning the match is not required for this objective, so prioritize activating your cards' abilities instead of ending battles as quickly as possible.

### 2. Use Hashirama When Multiple Enemies Are Present

Hashirama's Deep Forest Emergence applies Pin(12s) to every rival card on deployment.

For the best opportunity to generate event progress, deploy him when several opposing cards are already on the battlefield.

Avoid using him too early against an almost empty board.

### 3. Generate Repeated Effects With Neji, Hayate, and Kurenai

Neji provides Weaken and Push during encounters.

Hayate can apply multiple Weaken effects and potentially follow up with Push.

Kurenai contributes additional Push and Pin effects.

These cards are especially useful when battles last long enough for multiple encounters to occur.

### 4. Use Your Remaining Cards for Additional Progress

The supporting cards provide more opportunities to apply qualifying effects.

Pay attention to enemy positioning before deploying cards with lane-based or area-of-effect abilities.

Try to affect multiple rivals whenever possible.

### 5. Don't Rush to Finish the Match

A quick victory isn't necessarily the best outcome for this event.

If your cards can continue triggering Weaken, Pin, and Push, a longer battle may generate more mission progress.

However, avoid unnecessarily extending matches when no further useful effects can be triggered.

### 6. Repeat Until the Event Is Complete

I completed all 300 required effects in approximately four to five matches with this deck.

Your results may vary depending on enemy formations, card levels, deployment timing, and how many qualifying effects occur during each battle.

Strengths

  • Tested event-farming strategy that completed 300 effects in approximately 4–5 matches
  • Hashirama applies Pin to every rival card on deployment
  • Multiple cards provide Weaken, Pin, and Push effects
  • Encounter-based abilities offer additional opportunities for event progress
  • Does not require winning matches to complete the event objective
  • Designed specifically for efficient Konoha Rally mission completion

Weaknesses

  • Optimized for event farming rather than competitive wins
  • Some abilities require encounters or specific enemy positioning
  • Hashirama is less effective when few rival cards are present
  • Results depend on enemy formations and deployment timing
  • Repeated Push effects can temporarily move enemies out of range
  • Event-specific deck with limited value after Konoha Rally ends

Matchup & gameplay notes

### Best Battles for Event Farming

Prioritize battles where the opponent deploys several cards and creates frequent encounters.

More enemy cards can provide more opportunities to trigger qualifying effects.

### Against Wide Boards

Hashirama is particularly effective when the opponent has multiple cards on the battlefield.

His Deep Forest Emergence applies Pin(12s) to all rival cards, making him one of the most valuable cards in this event-focused build.

### Against Aggressive Opponents

Use your encounter-based cards to generate Weaken, Pin, and Push effects as enemy units approach.

Neji, Hayate, and Kurenai can contribute to mission progress during these interactions.

### Against Defensive Opponents

Don't focus exclusively on breaking through the opponent's defenses.

Instead, look for opportunities to activate additional qualifying effects before the match ends.

### Important Tips

- Use Konoha cards to trigger Weaken, Pin, and Push against rival cards. - Deploy Hashirama when multiple enemies are present. - Keep Neji, Hayate, and Kurenai active when possible. - Prioritize effect activations over winning quickly. - Check your Konoha Rally progress after each battle. - Remember that the mission requires 300 qualifying effects in total.

### Personal Results

I used this deck to complete all Konoha Rally event missions in approximately four to five matches.

The Hashirama replacement was especially effective and made this my preferred deck for the event.

This is a tested farming strategy, although individual completion times may vary.
