Editorial Policy

Our Mission

simbozz.gg publishes deck guides, tier lists, news and competitive resources for the games we cover — currently Pokémon TCG Pocket, Pokémon TCG Live, Pokémon Champions and NARUTO: Ninja Cards. Our goal is to give competitive and casual players accurate, current and clearly-sourced information so they can make better deckbuilding, team-building and ladder-climbing decisions.

Content Standards

Every guide, tier list entry and news article on simbozz.gg is written by a human author with first-hand competitive experience in the game it covers. Content is created from playtesting, tournament watching, ladder data and discussion with experienced players in our community. We do not publish auto-generated content, scraped articles, or low-effort AI summaries.

We aim for guides that explain not just what cards to play, but why — including mulligan priorities, key matchups, common mistakes, replacement cards and decision points across the game. Tier list ratings combine tournament finishes, ladder performance and matchup spread rather than a single data source.

Accuracy and Sourcing

We verify card and game information against official releases for each game and the public datasets we credit on our card pages. Tournament results and meta callouts cite the event or creator they came from when relevant. Strategy claims (matchup ratings, line choices) are based on actual play and review, not speculation.

When we are uncertain about a card interaction, set release window or tournament outcome, we say so explicitly rather than guess. Translations are reviewed for accuracy before publishing.

Updates

Every game we cover shifts with set releases, balance changes and major tournaments. We review deck guides, the tier list and beginner resources continuously, with full re-rates on major set drops and balance patches. Every article shows both a "Published" date and a "Last Updated" date so readers can see how current the information is.

Author Process

Articles are written by Simbozz and contributing writers credited on each page. Authors are content creators, tournament players and community organizers with first-hand experience in the games they write about — not anonymous freelancers. Author bios link to a public author page describing their background and credentials.

Drafts are reviewed before publishing for technical accuracy (card interactions, deck legality, math), structural clarity (mulligan guidance, matchup advice, decision trees) and editorial quality (grammar, formatting, internal linking).

Corrections

If we publish something incorrect, we fix it as soon as we can confirm the correction and bump the "Last Updated" date. Significant corrections are noted in the article. See our Corrections Policy for details, or report an issue at simbozz@outlook.de.

simbozz.gg is independent and not affiliated with The Pokémon Company, Creatures Inc., GAME FREAK, Nintendo, DeNA or the rights holders of NARUTO: Ninja Cards. Rankings, recommendations and opinions reflect the editorial team's competitive judgment and are not influenced by sponsorships, affiliates or partnerships.
