Frequently asked questions
Where do tournament results come from?▼
All Pokémon Champions tournament results are pulled from the public Limitless tournament API (game=VGC, format=M-A). We sync metadata, player counts and full teamlists for every supported event.
Why are some tournaments missing teams?▼
Organizers can choose whether to publish teamlists on Limitless. Events with private teamlists still appear in the tournament list but contribute no team data to the tier list or team cores.
How often are results synced?▼
We run scheduled syncs against Limitless on a regular cadence. New events typically appear within a day of being finalized on Limitless.
What is Regulation M-A?▼
Regulation M-A is the current official VGC rules set for Pokémon Champions, used in both live and online tournaments. Only Reg M-A events are included on this page.
Why are some events skipped?▼
Tournaments with fewer than 16 players are excluded to avoid skewing meta calculations with small locals. Cancelled or unfinished events are also filtered out.
