Popular pairs, trios and quads computed from real VGC Reg M-A teamlists synced from Limitless. Cores are scored by usage and Top-16 performance.
A team core is a group of Pokémon that repeatedly appear together across competitive Pokémon Champions teams. We generate pairs, trios and quads from every synced VGC Regulation M-A tournament, then rank each grouping by how often it shows up and how well it converts to Top-16 finishes.

Team cores are groups of 2, 3 or 4 Pokémon that frequently appear together across competitive VGC Regulation M-A teamlists. They highlight the most reliable Pokémon Champions partnerships in the current meta.
Meta share is the percentage of synced Pokémon Champions teams that include the entire core. A 5% meta share means the core appears in 1 out of every 20 tournament teams in our dataset.
We only include events that publish full teamlists on Limitless and have at least 16 players. Teams from smaller locals or events without published lists are not part of the aggregate.
Cores and stats refresh every time the Pokémon Champions sync runs. The timestamp near the top of the page reflects the most recent sync.
Performance multiplier compares a core's Top-16 conversion rate to the field average. A value above 1.00 means the core converts to Top-16 better than an average team; below 1.00 means it underperforms relative to its usage.
Regulation M-A is the current official VGC rules set used in live and online Pokémon Champions tournaments. All cores on this page come from M-A events.
